How are you?

We all approach the management of our well-being uniquely, yet our shared interest in health and well-being unites us. This collective concern is why I'm dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of UoN students. 

Throughout my UoN journey, I've utilised diverse health & well-being services (Neurodiversity has been difficult), participated in clubs, studied at various campuses, and resided on campus contributing as an International Student Engagement Sport Coordinator.

Beyond UoN, I have driven positive change as immigration settlement officer, employment case manager, and chairperson for the Newcastle Youth Council. 
Drawing from these experiences, my vision, relationships, and knowledge, I'm confident in promoting health and well-being for UoN students. This entails collaboration and advocacy in counselling (and emergency support), employment/career or study advice, study and social spaces including food and events such as live music.
