Candidate Statement:
As a past Indigenous educational worker from years 18-23 at a catholic primary school I was apart of multiple clubs, functions and professional learning opportunities as an incredibly young person. Since my recent move to Newcastle from Port Macquarie, I have become accustom to life on campus and more importantly the need to accurately identify life post-grad in the educational space and I thoroughly believe I will be able to support the needs of young education students at the University of Newcastle within a professional setting as part of the UNSA board for 2024.
